Woke at 214.8, up 1.2 from yesterday. Fasted until dinner, when we had a great cookout. Weighed 216.6 before bed, so the waking weight is the low. Had both kids over today for a fun family swim and grill out. Did brats, burgers and cauliflower potato salad!

That is my kind of meal!!! Wow, keto cole slaw, too? I love the UN-potato salad!!! Dana Carpender's recipe is the one I use for that.
