Problems in the 💩 dept. 🤦🏼‍♀️. 6 days 😮 probably because I quit smoking cigarettes 🤷‍♀️. I will not lite up though. I took olive oil yesterday nothing happened. Today I got senna liquid, 6-12 hours 4 a result. We will c. Since I’m stressed w all that, I’d like to eat a whole bag of cheese puffs😕but I won’t. My no smoking app has an add craving button and then it asks if you’ve smoked then it congratulates u if u haven’t. Fat secret should have that :) so, after having said that, I will continue on my journey 🙏

Hang in there, don't give in to the cravings to smoke! It'll be worth the pain and effort in the long run. Oh...and wishing you a crappy day, lol. :)

Chia Seeds are good. I add them to anything that you could add poppy seeds to. I haven't tried any puddings, but there are recipes out there for Chia pudding.

Keep going on the no smoking. One day at a time for 8-1/2 years for me since quitting. I’m rootin’ for you. You can do it!!

I used to smoke and for sure makes losing weight difficult. For me, what made it easier was chewing gum and jogging while listening to podcasts to keep my brain focused. All positive steps.

Hang in there lady-I quite after 27 years, and it is so well worth it in more than just health, but that alone should be enough.

Have you ever thought of marijuana? If it’s legal in your state of course. I’ve heard CBD might help nicotine withdrawals

Thanks for all the advice. No results, but I took another dose. 8-10 more hours of waiting... Geesh. Thankfully I’m not in any pain🙏

Constipation is very treatable. 1. Drink a lot of water..maybe twice what you are drinking. 2. Miralax, 1 capful 3 times a day to start, then taper. Usually, it is dosed only once a day, but you've had trouble. It can be mixed in any liquid, even coffee. No taste.

Don't forget exercise - it can help with constipation, too, even if it's just walking. Branflakes, coffee, and pickles help me as well (not all mixed together lol - then it comes out the other end).

my gastro doctor prescribed 2 tsp of Metamucil and a full capful of Miralax everyday before dinner....it works! I also take 2 tsp of Metamucil at lunch...can't hurt to try!

Still no results. Ack. I’d figure a laxative would work. Not sure if I should give it more time and take another dose, that’d only be the second day. Geez! Wine to do a suppository when to do an enema bleh. I’m staying off the web geesh it I has me thinking I’m going to start puking 💩🤢. I don’t do well with changes. 😖

I feel your pain. I quite smoking 01/03/2019 - the last time I quite was in 2001 and I gained 100 lbs. It is still with me lol. I promised myself no reward of Mexican and Dairy Queen. Stay strong things will work out when they are ready,
