Downward nudge. Everything holding steady. Thinking I'll swim a little later. Yesterday was challenging with the higher current, I don't want to jump in and flail around, I want strong, purposeful strokes in the water, not frantic energy trying to beat the higher current. Holding off on the bigger paddles for the moment.

Made the salmon last night, will be eating more of it today. Bought enough for four (including three really big guys), but we didn't use it because the pan was already too full. Need to figure out if I can portion and freeze some of it so there's no waste. I usually buy frozen portions for myself, but they're not cooked. Guess it's a learning day. Happy glorious Saturday.
