Morning weigh in of 225.5, which is what I had hoped for/expected. Will need to target an average of 1400 calories for the rest of the month to stay on goal (which I'm going to set at 1500/day for the rest of the year). Should be able to do it with fast days twice a week.

Congrats, coming down, nice that you can predict, plan and poof it happens :) I am happy to report that my new low is back :) I seem to get a low, spike up and then back down. Crazy body, eh? But just happy it's down :) I have no boss so I have a l-a-z-y day ahead of me. It's only 8:30 am - too early to be bored ?

Oh well if you need peace and quiet I'd best leave you alone :) Working from home for me is disastrous - too much food around - good luck with your work but enjoy the company of the pooch all day :) And thanks re the 'congrats' - it's nice to finally be on a losing streak :)
