Still struggling but within a reasonable range. My sleeping pattern has been way off and I have been engaging in late night snacking...also being lazy about recording. My little rebellious self wanted the freedom to be less conscious of the consequences of my choices. I know I will get it under control again...soon. It's been almost a year of sticking with it this time around. I can do this. J
