I went over my calories today but had a good time eating out with friends...some I hadn't seen in more than 30 years. I did ok at the restaurant and brought 1/3 of the meal home with me. Looking forward to being mindful of the kinds and amounts of food I consume and the exercise I do. my mood is happy today. J
