Slept like crap last night, hot, sweating, restless. Called in sick for a few hours this morning, just got up and back at it. Did 45 minutes on the treadmill before class last night, closed all my rings before 6, which is good. Ended up leading class last minute. Keeping it short because I'm trying to get stuff done at work. All good.

So sorry you slept so poorly. That gets a whole day off kilter. I hope tonight you can catch up!

What scale do you use? I bought a scale that was supposed to tell me all that information but it read that my bone mass was 22lb and I'm like...ummm this can't be right.
