Waking weigh in of 214.4 on day three after vacation. Dropping a little more water every day. Drank a lot last night including green tea. Have a cookout tonight that likely will take me over target calories and will prevent my hour on the treadmill. I will pick that up again after my 16:8 fast on Saturday.

Do you walk or jog on your treadmill? I hate jogging that's why my stationary bike is perfect for me. Not including walking I like to do exercises where I am sitting or lying down, yes I am that lazy LOL
