I started adding some meat to my diet and I’m not a big meat eater. But since I’ve started now I’m craving meat. What is that? Is that normal? I read that maybe I need the protein or maybe craving the salt.

I don't know what the deal is with the meat craving. I never gave it up but I'm thinking once you have had enough that craving eill subside. Just like any other craving. Good luck.

Thanks Kattay. My cravings lately are strange and I can’t seem to satisfy them.
