I just looked at my color bar chart of weight loss. I spent about 1 month in the red zone. I was super motivated then. Next about 4 months in the orange zone. I struggled with denying myself all that I wanted in food related social situations and lost my momentum. I got to the yellow zone but fluctuated between yellow and orange through out the summer and beginning of Fall. So far I have about 3 months of days in the yellow zone and am regaining weight loss momentum. This journey has had it's ups and downs for me. I have learned that I can establish a new average weight and maintain it. It's good to know that. J
