Perch filets▪︎Zuccini▪︎Jasmine rice▪︎I was a bit dissapointed with the fish. I sautee'd it in EVOO like I do Tilapia & added Creole seasoning & a little butter & lemon. The texture is different. I think I like Perch better with an actual batter

Looks good. Sounds like when I tried coconut flour on tilapia last week. Tasted fine but the flour absorbed the olive oil.
