Hi FS fam! I hope everyone had a wonderful Independence Day!

I've been home for a week and half since my dad is back from traveling and spending some time with me before he drives back home. I had issues before with feeling guilt when he ate, and I didn’t. But it seems it's somehow resolved itself. I don’t know how but I'm much happier that it is, especially since he's on a 6hr jetlag and eating dinner at 9pm. I sit with him and have club soda and just talk and catch up on the day. I've found that I am also less hungry and eating very little so very low-calorie count (barely 1000 calories) but I'm still not losing weight. I've actually gained a few pounds, but I think that it's more a salt thing since we eat out more. He's missing NY Chinese food. I'm going food shopping today and hopefully start up on some salad's again to help reduce the salt issue. I'll keep trudging along because I know I'm doing the right thing. I've just got to be consistent and patient.
