Sherrye i so love your food pics, you and buenita!!!! Question-does it help you with staying on track in terms of healthy food choices? Ive never done it but my food is so boring and never looks as yummy as this. Just wondering.

YOH, I started posting pics of my meals when I started my most recent weight loss in 2019. I think it does help me stay on track. Sometimes, I look for previous photos for ingredients or what I logged for that meal. I also like to show that you can both lose weight & maintain while eating real food. I really got into creating new, healthy recipes during the Covid lockdown. It was something to amuse myself & we weren't eating out. We did get takeout occasionally. I also like to take photos anyway 😊 Most of my meals aren't complicated.
