I forgot to do a morning weigh-in yesterday, which was 235.5, up 1.0 from the day before. Today, I was at 234.7, back down .8. I forgot it was my fasting Monday, and I had a protein shake with some creatine and turmeric this morning with my coffee, but that’ll be the last thing I eat today. UPDATE: Got to 233.2 by 9 pm. My weight did not fall off as fast as after last week's fast, but I should be down a few more in the morning.
