Woke at 219.8, down .2 from yesterday but I have 20 to go. Heading out of town to the beach today. Will do my best to stick within my 750 calorie per day deficit plan. Last night's dinner at Five Guys proved it can be done. Daily HIIT walks on the boardwalk should keep the calorie burn high.
