Hi Adpreso 👋, you're good, no chocolate, sweets, or cakes. Well, I have had so many. I lost half a stone just a month ago and piled it all on plus in a week. Now I have comfort food all week. It's time to get back to reality and wake up. As none of my clothes fit. No. I am not buying new ones as I just had last year before Jim died. So I must get back on track. Take care.
