Goals Accomplished Last Week:

-Took medication on time and made sure to mark as taken so I remembered I had actually taken the dosage. Also managed to make sure vitamin supplements were taken.

-Contacted specialist in a timely manner to ensure a new script for the baclofen was called in reflecting the increase in dosage AND got my flu shot.

-As planned, I did not partake in Beer Thursday with the engineers.

New Goals for this week:

1. Log all meals on MFP a day before and adjust as needed
2. Meditate at least two nights this week
3. Eat 1520 calories on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Eat TDEE (2000 calories) on Tuesday & Thursday.

Note: If Thursday ends up being a restaurant night then account for dessert cals first and plan rest of meals accordingly to ensure meals do not go over maintenance calories (i.e. 2000). If we do not go out on Thursday, then account for 20 ounces of Beer cals for Beer Thursday with engineers first and plan rest of meals accordingly to ensure we do not go over maintenance calories.

Hi cann - I'm logging my food on MFP now. I use this forum only for journal entries or Homework assignments for the HSM (half size me) community.
