Hi everyone hope this post finds u well , am doing ok woke up with bronchitis started antibiotics my Asthma is making it all the more difficult getting on with life mum suffered another set back so to much to my relief today she is on the mend did a lot of spring cleaning today but it’s the tip of the iceberg lots to do
Weight is coming off slowly … am a proper 16 now from a size (22) in March second goal is 70 kgs will see good luck with your weight loss journey keep it fun sending u all much love

Hello everyone hope this post finds u well am in a much better place mentally the last couple of weeks have been hectic weight is dropping slow & steady it will start to slow down am on the half way mark today (75kgs) delighted with the results blood count diet & calorie counting (1000-1200) daily sending u all much love

Hello everyone
It’s been very hectic yesterday’s GP appointment then had to dash off to central london catering company mums first cousin passed holding a funeral today so about to head off no watching what I eat probably finger food am not too obsessed with what I eat or if I over eat can always make it up
It’s glorious today sun is out shame spending it indoors wearing all black

Hope this post finds u well mum fell seriously ill on the weekend called 111 then took her to hospital at midnight was discharged at 5am home the GP decided to take her off one of her blood pressure meds because she complains a lot of the side effects I’ve been monitoring her closely I don’t have a medical background but my EX was an ER Dr a I learned how to deal with high blood pressure what to give mother etc been monitoring her the last three nights not much sleep spoke to pharmacist and told him I put her back on the medication myself and gave her Valium on our way to hospital her blood pressure was extremely high her face red severe Palpitations, hardly able to breathe…. Now she is out the woods food wise blood type diet eating everything dropping slow & steady
Left a bit shaken I was really scared mum was so very ill glad it’s over
Tomorrow some self care self love pasta salad for dinner
