Binge eating the last few days. It really isn't doing anything good for me. I don't think I really gained 8 pounds but it will take a few days to find out. Picking myself up and moving on. I went to my workout today even though I didn't want to.

The Pens lost so that is the end of hockey - well, following Vegas now. But, I will be taking a break from going to the boyfriend's house. I need to focus on my eating plan so I am staying home so that I can be in my safe environment in the evenings.

I am thinking about everyone who is struggling also.

Be encouraged. Don't beat your self up-pick your self up! Focus on doing what is best for you. Make a U-turn to get back on track. One of my main goals I am working on is living a life where I don't think about every bite I take. Be kind to yourself. You can do this! Shake it off and press on!
