😦 this is so weird lol I don’t know how the hell I managed to lose weight with the way I’ve been eating but I’m going to take it as a blessing and stop living off of junk food right now! Wish I would have been logging. Y’all would be just as shocked as I am 😅

When you eat carbs your body will retain more water. That is why! Not all your weight gain was body fat

Probably u gain cause carbs than body got used to carbs so u drop water 💧

Yes, log your food every day, no matter what! So you can now what food makes you to retain more water or what is your maintenance, etc .

True. I really don’t want to weigh in 😐 It’s not gonna be good. I think I might wait to check a day after I get back to it so I don’t have to see so much extra water weight go up and then down. It’s dishartening. But I will be getting on track very very soon 👍 Probably on the 1st 😄
