So it appears that after 1 week of exercising, I lost 5 lbs. Maybe I can do this. There's a novel idea. Now to go pedal to nowhere as a start to my cardio.

Congratulations on the big loss. I've found that being very careful in entering what I'm eating results in my eating less food. Just being aware makes such a difference for me. I also find that drinking lots of water helps me. Today was my first day (in forever) getting exercise. I hope you find that it makes you feel better like it does me. I hope that I'll keep it up and that you do, too!
