Yesterday was a lift day. I had a little trouble eating up to goal however a snack after dinner got me closer to goal. The result was that I ate barely under goal. I ate a huge steak for dinner that carried me way over my protein goal. I met all activity goals. BF down 0.2% I clearly need to eat more on lift days. I plan to keep my caloric intake goal the same for the rest of this week but will try to avoid eating under goal...

Thanks HCB and ChrisW!!! @ChrisW, No I'm not lactose intolerant and I love dairy. It makes sense not to over do carbs at this point. Thanks for the suggestion...
