Today was suppose to be gym day 💪💪 but I hurt my shoulder(?) Wednesday. I used a different bar on the tricep pull. It felt a little aggravated but started hurting a lot at work yesterday after cutting over 2000 sheets of paper (5 at a time) with our janky cutting machine 😩😩 it hurts to move my arm so I’m skipping my work out this morning. TGIF

Be kind to yourself! Please be patient as it can take *weeks* to fully heal and that-is-ok 😉 "Diet starts in the Kitchen!", and that is where you *know* you "excel". Take Care!

Wow that’s a GREAT drop!! 🎉 @adef is right, I hurt my knee a month ago and it’s still not right. Take it easy. I use a resistance band while I’m sitting on the couch or laying in bed, it’s my lazy girl workout. I’m not going to the gym, but I feel like I’m doing something.

Nice drop lady! And ouchie!! I did that the other day too. I have no idea what I did but it hurt like a bitch. Take it easy love! You’ll be back to good in no time!

Ohhhhh Rest! A day or so and it’ll be ok, hopefully. A few weeks ago I was doing renegade rows and as I came up with the right dumbbell, my left wrist snapped to the side and I lost balance...the rest wasn’t pretty but I was frightened! I stopped immediately and iced, rubbed with cream etc and the next day I was back to normal! Soooo close. Injury can be a blink away, I’m always soooooo mindful and careful. But it happens to most of us at some point. You’ll be fine! 🙂

Thanks guys! ❤️❤️❤️ I’m glad I skipped it this morning. I thought about doing legs again but I figured I should just spend the extra time in bed and go to the gym as planned, on Saturday. I’ll be skipping arm day for a lill bit. I have had other injuries (rotator cuff, tennis elbow, and both wrist) so I will be very very careful. It’s still quite achy but feels way better than yesterday!

Ohhhh I’ve had tennis elbow and still nurse carpal tunnel. All work related, repetition and overworked. Hubby always reminds me ‘clean smart, not hard.’ But to me it’s not clean until I scrub it and get carpal tunnel and tennis elbow. 😏🤪🙄

Have you ever tried yoga? Or corrective exercises? It seemed to help my shoulder and elbow, which always seems to happen at the same time! Feel better...

I missed this! Nice loss! I’d have taken the day off too. I find the different press machines mess with my shoulder. It’s been messed up since surgery 11/2/16. I don’t have full range of motion now and those machines do a number on it if I’m not careful. Hope your shoulder feels better today!

Wifey tennis elbow is the worst! First started giving me problems from working in the kitchen. 6-8 hours of chopping and slicing meat and veggies 😑

Kenyn I use to when I was young but now with the planter fasciitis I can’t even do the downward dog without potentially injuring myself 😅
