I ate less yesterday. About 1900 cals (least amount of calories in a couple of weeks) :D
I got great news yesterday! (And some terrible news) My mom got some of her results in and she is in Stage 0 for her leukemia. I'm not exactly sure what that means. She has Leukemia but doesn't need treatment yet. As soon as she found out about being sick she changed her diet. Which she desperately needed to do. Now she is eating really nutrient rich foods and cut out all processed poison. That has helped her feel better. I'm not sure what is next but I'm so relieved she wont be going through chemo right now.
On a sad note My great Aunt passed 2 days ago from chemo related issues. She was in extremely terrible health before the chemo and I don't know why the doctors would try to put her through that. She is finally at peace now.
I was tempted to go to the gym today before work but I really need to clean my room and leg day is tomorrow!

I’m so sorry to hear about your aunt. But that is fantastic news about your Mom! I hope her new healthier diet will make her feel better and help her stay strong. Great drop by the way!

Where are the exercise challenge boards this site used to have? I'm on the site over 10 years. I lost 127 lbs. back then and they're still off thanks we writing it all down. There was a biking challenge about 8 yrs ago. I bought a bicycle and got into it. Iam using it 4-5 days a week. BUT, would love a new challenge.

God is doing for your mom what He did for mine. Praise God! Faith can move mountains, but when we are tested to believe, such as the case of your auntie, I’m so sorry. We do not always understand how God works or allows certain things, but in all things, He is in control. I’ll continue praying for your family!! ❤️🙏❤️🙏

Thanks guys! I wish I could go to my aunt Adele's funeral. They are having it in Tennessee. I can't take anymore days off since I just got back from vacay :( She is at peace now. Her quality of life had been very low. She also had Alzheimer's and spent the last 2 weeks practically unresponsive. So it is a blessing that she isn't hooked to those machines anymore. Thank you for all of your prayers for my mother. I deeply appreciate it. It's such a burden lifted from my mind. I know she isn't completely in the clear but still. I'm not ready to see my mom in that state. I know no one is and I will never be but God whiling my mother will be able to enjoy a long life.

I was going to ask how your mama was doing but figured I should read through your journal first. I know it's a week late but awesome news about your mom and glad your aunt is at peace! I was thinking about you. ❤️

Thank you Davidsprincess 🙏🏻 Such a blessing that she found out about it so early on. Changing her diet has really helped her feel better. It won’t reverse it but it can help slow down the leukemia.
