This isn't surprising. I've done another weekend's worth of triathlon exercising and I have resistance training, and swimming today. Although - I'll keep swimming to a half a mile instead of a mile and a quarter. My happy scale app has my average at 133.1, which sounds about right. I'm going to try to post my caloric trajectory today. I didn't post it this last week, because I've been trying to be a good supportive presence and care taker for little Billy Flynn, who incidentally is going on his 13th week of life. He's such an absolute bundle of joy, but a handful literally. lol. Anyhow, last week was my 10 month maintenance anniversary. It's been almost a year since I hit my first weight loss goal. I know my stats have showed I've continued to lose, but maintenance is still the goal and such is the world of fitness where as we know, weight is bound to fluctuate based on activity level. In the mean time, I keep on keepin' on and little Billy Flynn and I continue to learn some of the more important lessons in life...Have a wonderful Sunday, everyone!

Good for you to be getting ready for the triathlon. I did one once and really enjoyed doing the three exercises instead of pushing on just one. 10 months is a real feather in your cap. Maintenance is the key and it is often where a person can fall apart. You and Billy Flynn have fun bonding!
