So after a day with 4 Doctor's appointments, I'm hurting pretty bad. Sharp needling pain in my left Rhomboid kept me up late and eating all of the day's food between 6-9pm isn't doing me any favors on the scale. Naturopath is upping my Thyroid, Vit D, and all my B vit's plus adding CoQ10 to see if we can find a better balance for my energy and pain levels. Meanwhile I saw my Oncologist and got the Neurosurgeon referral that I'd asked for in May. Apparently they sent it to the Doctor's office, but they've never reached out to schedule an appointment.

Found a long sleeve that I could wear when it's 109 outside:
