Got another walk in yesterday. I may need to plan to walk alone cause my husband walks the dogs in the morning and late afternoon /early evening. He's been walking them after their evening meal cause of the heat. That's usually when I'm preparing dinner, so if I join them that pushes dinner back. We already eat late, so that's not ideal. As we progress into Fall & cooler weather maybe he can walk them before dinner time & I can get in on the fun 😊
Holding steady today. A week til my birthday. Book Club is Wed. & that entails a variety of tasty foods & usually some adult beverages 😀 Appetizers & drinks while we chat, dinner then often a leisurely discussion of the book and often other subjects with another beverage or 2. I obstained in July, had wine in August...trying to have a reasonable compromise this month. If I'm not careful, I'll blow this week & end up trying to recover instead of progressive 😐 Hubby is out tomorrow evening so maybe tomorrow should be a high deficit day.
