Hi Dia, you are sweetheart…😭 Biking is great but the job and the weather get in the way, you know, life😭 I’m pretty active throughout the day. I am afraid to eat though, which is not a good thing. My goal this week is to stay under 119 lbs. Will see. How have you been?

Yes, I know how that is lol. Have you tried drinking smoothies? They are high in vitamins and light. Have one in the morning and at night for dinner for lunch eat whatever you want.

Thank you, Yfritz. I dabble here and there. Yu Choy has a great taste for it you can use some sesame oil with it. How's your salt intake? Are you drink electrolytes?

Good morning Dia! This app is great because it keeps track of Na and K intake. Quite helpful. I never use supplements, protein drink, sports drinks, even smoothies 🤣 My idiosyncrasies!
