Logged a pound down, but wouldn't be surprised if tomorrow I find the lost pound found again. I really have to take my hat off to those that committed themselves to lose a lot and how discouraging it must be with weight loss being so unpredictably slow. I only have 12 lbs to go to get down to my very much in shape teen years.
