Now otb, I’m Canadian as you know. I have no clue what Fahrenheit numbers mean. I checked my app and we are 60F here. Gross with rain. Toooooo muggy. I think 30F is my jam. 🧊😆

hahahah I'm lifting and tonight's partner is my daughter she must think I need to lift heavier because she is going over to the weight plate tree getting 5lb plates and trying to put them on the bar while I'm between sets 😅 😄 🤣 I can't make this stuff up she's killing me.
