Thanks, Buenita, Erin, Storms, Writing. I am kind of stuck but you reap what you sow and I am not sowing enough. I am glad to still be below 200. Need to shake things up a bit. Cheat less, move more, eat less.

Morticiaaddams, ps. You are doing good with your weight, so don't worry, just don't shop on an empty tummy as you get tempted to buy treats and eat too much.
