A jump in weight, but mostly salt. Daughter, son-in-law, and 2 younger granddaughters are due in this A.M. Then our other daughter, son-in-law, oldest granddaughter & her husband, our 18-month-old great-grandson (AJ is tall and big,...not fat, but a brute. Looks like he is about 2.5 years old), and older granddaugher come on Tuesday. So, for 5 days, we are at one big constant buffet of treats and meals besides the on-going family activities of games, watching Christmas movies, My wife was busy Thursday & Friday cooking just about all day long, and still going today. When our youngest daughter arrives today, the cooking will continue into the night. Of course, I am her experimental tester & feedback expert for Christmas cookies, sausage balls, Chinese chews, cheese logs, Reese cups in cookie dough, and all other delicious treats that disrupt my nutrition regimen for 2+ weeks. OK, it's time to put on about 90 minutes on the bike, and work off some of the testing I ate yesterday. Everyone keep focused, keep exercising, and in the holiday short-term maintaining their weight. This is a wonderful time of year. Enjoy your time with family & friends. God is good !!
