Letting go of cheese is worth it (dairy inflammatory for me), but giving it up also a loss that's cause for a form of grief. Just can't do nuts or cheese as more than small amts for flavor and texture. Pecan-encrusted salmon, I'll still have on occasion. Making keto steakhouse spinach for BH, but just wilted for me. :-/ Cant wait to see how this works for you!
