Hi everyone,
Did my personal best at the gym on my plank - 1 min 22 sec! I do it on a vibrating platform on my forearms.
Well, I need to get my butt out and start meeting my walking challenge. I have been drinking water but I forget.
Mon: 6 glasses
Tue: 4 glasses
Today so far: ZIP but I am starting!!
I have a tendency to neglect my self-care when I am busy. I will sit at my desk for 6 straight hours. No bathroom break, no water. It's a bad habit for sure.
I have a standing desk but I have so much crap on it if I stood up it would probably be an avalanche. I need to get this cleared off so I can use it.
My weight is stalled some b/c I didn't eat well after visiting my brother who in prison. It brings up feelings I am still not good at dealing with and I struggle with binge eating. I am back on track, though.

Love my Vari-desk too, but same story here, once I'm involved in playing Nancy Drew with fixing whatever one of the sites screwed up, I'm oblivious to the breakfast that's sitting on the side of my desk or the lunch until one of my coworkers brings it to my attention. Hard habits to break. I've gotten better by working with one of my coworkers on meal prepping our lunches most days. My boss has also started joining me in what I call the 3:30 Twist and Shout when we all get up and out of our offices for 5 minutes or so and just twist and stretch.
