Outstanding!!! I did ok for Thanksgiving but we still have house guest and we had leftovers last night. Today we went to the movies and i ate a bunch of buttered popcorn. I'm glad I went to the gym Wednesday and I think it helped. Next week I'm going to get back in my groove. I hope you had a great day!!!
