Egull1 Günlüğü, 28 Şub 19

So, in the biggest of all ironies. Likely the biggest irony of my food life. My average protein was verging on the "to high" side. Some balancing out was needed. Sooo, after 2 years of abstinence from pizza, it was time to do the dirty and carb myself up. LOL. To be sure, I didn't quit pizza on purpose. Honestly, it's just not at the top of my food chain priority, especially when I was in a deficit. When I hit maintenance, getting protein levels up to 138g/day was the goal. But, hey when the goal's been hit and ya got plenty of cals left over - a girl's gotta do what a girl's got to do. And, yes I enjoyed every bite! :-)

mmm...pizza. Boy do I miss it. It really wasn't on my high priority list...until it got transferred to the "do not eat this" list. Now...I want it so bad! LOL. Guess it's true, you will always want what you cannot have!

Yea its always nice to trwat yourself once in awhile. Exercising once a week wont provide positive benefits just like eating unhealthy once a week wont do you any harm.

LOL - totally agree Chris. Maybe we need to write a song with lyrics like, "I just want to do the dirty and carb you up!!!" LMAO! And, Jen - If I can keep my protein levels this steady - I just may be able to take one for the team more often. hehehe. Just to keep it honest, this did fall within my calories. It's 1900 plus cal day, and this beauty came to about 823 cals. I actually had to make sure it didn't have meat on it in order to hit my carb quota and not go over my protein macro. It's a first and I have to say, looking at my food data - I'm actually a bit low on carbs. My oh my - we may have work on a remedy for this :-)
