A great article as usual and also as usual "There’s no single best diet for everyone. We all have different preferences, and even different responses to foods and macronutrients. So play with this a bit, and find what works for you." You continue to support people who are doing something different from you, if it's working for them!! That was a very good article. And it hits home. When I first started this, I weighed 271 lbs. My knees were buckling under the weight of just dragging my ass around. It felt like a workout to shop for groceries or get dinner together. Not to mention how much I was underestimating how many calories I was taking in. Now that I've been at this a while, I weigh or measure everything I can (some of my more complex meals are probably off as it's hard to estimate how much you are getting of a dish of 15 ingredients), make sure that I am well under my calorie goal for the day to make up for mistakes in measurements, and move around much more as I know I'm no longer getting the workout I was as I am no longer trying to lug 271 lbs around. I hope a whole lot of people on this site see this and give it a read. Thanks for posting it Diablo.
