Wtf?  

You've tied my 3 day streak. I did it once. With all variables, it's crazy anyone could weigh the same 2=3 days in a row 🤷🏼‍♂️ 

I'm glad I stayed the same because I did legs for an hour and had a decent protein filled breakfast but ended up with my quarter pounder meal (again that's not uncommon) but then it became a slippery slope of candy and animal crackers. I have this Chilly Cow pretend ice cream for 160 calories and like 12 protein...so not bad but then I added some peanut butter and pretzels to make it better. 🤣 Defeated the purpose of not just getting Ben and Jerry's. So stayed busy at home on my feet cleaning and what not all night to try to balance it out so I'm pretty pleased. Glad I reigned it back in at about 2200-2300 calories. Still hitting the gym hard daily so can only assume body is looking better regardless of numbers. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Dude...I check for chubby hubby everywhere I go. It's obsolete out here for some reason. I hope my back pic looks different next month.  

Yeah we've bought that caramel chilly cow a couple times... Good thing the tubs are small.
