Probably the leanest I've looked at 191 pounds. Fluffy compared to a couple of months ago but the extra muscle/strength is great. I think I am adding some size to my legs. Also, I had a NSV today, a man actually interrupted me to ask me how to get bigger calves. Out of all the muscles, someone asked me how to grow what I consider to be my worst muscle. Some gains are being made there as well, apparently.

Looks like you are complete with your program. I would say you have nothing left to do other than weght loss maintenance, Are you in wrestling or weight lifting for a job? As far as you body type, he is not alive due to unrelated issues, but you body is kind of like Kerry VonErich, wrestler from Texas, except i think you have more muscles than he had.
