Warmed this sucker up for 10 seconds and it was perfect. We are getting spoiled at work this week for 911 operator appreciation week. Pizza, fried chicken, doughnuts, DQ Dilly bars, etc so it's a miracle that I lost weight this week..

I'll say!!! The only thing good, for me, is that protein drink. I'd have to take a look-see at the sodium/calorie/sugar contents though, first, b4 drinking it. Spoiled???? Maybe they're trying to sabotage your handsome physique?! Be careful. There are alot of jealous ppl out there in the REAL-world. TAke care, stay strong, healthy, & handsome! (*_*)

I held out until about 4am then it went to hell lol. Thanks Ccandco and Mermee. Slow meta, the protein shake is 150 calories and 30g of protein, not sure on sodium and sugar.
