Hello, I am still around, work now done for 4 days thank goodness. steps 6,247 so when I feel up to it a little more to do. different company today so work was a little more easy on my ears. 3 house cleans I am knackered 😴. I truly hope you all have a wonderful Easter. my weigh in is Sunday so we will see. But I have just eaten a 520 calories egg. s o yummy but naughty. only ate fruit and yoghurt for lunch. so only time will tell. falling asleep 😴 but still need to walk. love and very best wishes to you all Merry Mel. 🤩
