TomLong, I am actually mad in this photo🤦🏼‍♀️😅just taking a break from some stuff my coach told me to do which I honestly couldn’t do at all no matter how hard I tried. And it hurt and I got tired and really angry with myself😆 

Perhaps he was testing your capacity, to learn what level you have reached? Or do you think you were not doing as well as you normally could that day? Either way, I guess you now know your capacity level for that particular day, anyway. 

No, it wasn’t a test. Just some movement I could not get right. It happens a lot really. I am not that talented and actually am a rather slow learner. That’s ok, most times I don’t mind that
