Yum! When I was growing up, we had 10 rows of asparagus in the garden. It was my favorite food! Once, I asked my Mother why I always had to be the one to pick the asparagus when I had three siblings. She said it was because I never missed a piece. If you miss a piece it will grow into a tiny tree and go to seed. I always looked forward to Spring because we also had a large strawberry patch. 😋🤤👍🏻😊
