Also, happy Summer! I guess the first day was yesterday. Some of my grouchy co-workers hate summer. I can't understand that.

I don’t think you would have as much vascularity at 19-21. I think it is much lower than that. But 🤷

Thanks, it can be deceiving cause I hold most of my fat in my stomach. I've seen guys who are higher in overall body fat percentage who have abs. Mine aren't there yet.
