She didn't make a formal challenge. I think because she is respecting everyone has a different way of going about losing weight. She is vegan, I am LCHF, Xshape is calorie restriction, PGM is Weight Watchers, Rhonda is Atkins (I think). She is really pushing the exercise, though!

Thanks for the feedback. I found her journal, 47 days....I'm in, bad with excercize. Need the push though.

It's not a formal challenge! It started with me wanting to lose 17 lb before my November 27th physical. A lot of people offered solidarity support. Basically you tell me you want to join and stay reading my journal I'll keep up with you and hound you incesantly if we aren't pushing hard enough. Lol. The goal is to work as hard as we can until November 30th and develop habits that stick in the meantime.

I don't do a formal challenge because i do respect the different WOE on here and I'm usually operating from my phone. I can't access challenges on here

I'm okay with anything you do. 47 days. But don't expect the Beast to mode as much as you do. Have some pity...I'm an old lady be easy on me. Rotflmao 😂

Lol! I'm just giving it all that I've got. You can put in what you'd like. I think it's just to challenge everybody to push out of their comfort zone. Not asking for you to do a marathon. I would quit my own challenge at that point. Just do arm circles with the remote as you watch tv....or if the norm.
