See...this is where IBS is really a blessing. About the only food you can eat with reckless abandon is olives, and how many of those can you eat? I'm finding this protects me from going to far off the track on holidays! Good luck with this week's recovery process.

There are 50 calories in 10 olives and they are off the charts as far as sodium is concerned...just sayin'

I avoid the turkey left overs. They would killed me; couldn't have resisted them. Went out for Thanksgiving. Glad you're back on track!
