I was quite athletic as a teen but piled it on when having kids and stress issues through the years. and decided to give Atkins a try. Nothing else had seemed to work. I've had a great first week and am excited to continue and see more progress. I want to be able to get back out and enjoy life again and wear normal sized clothes again ! LOL
