Yeah, this is super fun. I worked hard last week and fought off these binges but on Friday night I said the heck with it I'm having some popcorn and it was off to the races. It continued on Saturday with pizza, cookies, and cupcakes. And always when I am "done" I decide, well that wasn't worth it.

Sunday I ate on plan. Today I feel starving b/c I'm out of ketosis I'm sure. I went to my workout this morning.

Back to the drawing board. Kind of feeling sorry for myself today, but I will pull myself out of it.

Hey! We all have those moments of weakness, they do not define us!! You are more than a number, you are more than what you eat!! Dont beat yourself up!! I had Dr. Pepper Chocolate cake this weekend with my husband, but I am still proud of how far I have come. Do not allow negative thoughts to enter! You are fabulous and are doing GREAT!!!

Ok sweetie Im with you on the popcorn thingy.... I too had popcorn Friday night but I did return to a zero carb day Saturday and its assisted me back into ketosis again ....so come on grab my hand sweetie ...buttery popcorn fingers and all lets get back on track...the train is coming to pick us up so we can continue our journey to feeling better.... hugs to you xoxoxo;)

Weekends are for eaters - LOL - I always figure my weight loss after sunday because if it I did it on Friday, depression would set in on Monday -

I have the hardest time on the weekends, so I just fast with water, plain tea, coffee and bullion cubes. Once I eat something I will keep eating the whole weekend.

Thanks everyone. I swear I am not whining, just telling the truth so I can be accountable. I figure it is better than hiding and coming back a month later. I weighed myself today and figured I would own up to the scale. It is hard to go to my boyfriend's house. He lives with his sister and there is always junk food galore in that house. Popcorn, chips, doritos, cookies, ice cream, six kinds of crackers...all the stuff that gives me problems. I am not blaming them for my weakness, it's just at my house I have NONE of that and when I am feeling vulnerable there is less of a chance of an episode occurring because there is nothing to munch on. Some days I don't have a problem but some days it's a big problem - especially when I am overtired or stressed out. I think if I can get out of these 290s I will be much more confident. I think I will change my goal to 289 - maybe that will spark some enthusiasm!

You can get back on track. It's good to realize and accept what you've done and move on. Today is a fresh day, Tomorrow is a fresh day. Everyday is really a fresh start, so put that weekend away, and go back to being healthier 🙂

would you consider some binges that were less detrimental? instead of cookies, crackers and cheese, ice yogourt, and other stuff that is tasty but less unhealthy? I know the calories would be the same, but at least you wouldn't be filling your body and heart with poisonous stuff. it would still be progress.

Make yourself up a care package of LEGAL snackage to have at your boyfriend’s house. Your not going to get around this otherwise. 🙆🏻‍♀️I just spent a week at my daughter’s without a car and no way to get to a store w/o being driven. PITB. Did I go off plan? Wow! LOL she didn’t have much that was green in the house after the second day. I felt guilty eating all her healthy food! LOL So —- I even packed some food to bring, it may not be the greatest, but pack some protein bars that you think are okay...not wonderful so you won’t eat 20. I use Think Thin for this they don’t taste great, but they’ll satisfy, more or less. Pack some RAW nuts that you kinda like in 1 oz portions...eat them one at a time while they are snacking on crap...roll them around in your mouth. Have ice around for your water or DIET pop so you can suck on it for the oral gratification while they are munching on other crap. Use ice in their blender with some frozen berries (strawberries are good! And you can add almond milk or skim milk or cream or plain greek yogurt 2-4 oz with some non sweetened vanilla and Hershey’s cocoa powder for an ice cream substitute.) get as elaborate as you want there! Bring celery and peanut butter to munch. A small container of cashew butter mixed with a bit of Himalayan salt, cocoa powder, and a bit of sweetener, a Tablespoon can substitute for fat bombs. Hope some if these ideas help you. Be creative in finding stuff that’s healthy and on your WOE that you can bring with you to eat so you aren’t tempted to let yourself fail and use that as an excuse. Use it as a way to armor yourself and prepare yourself ahead of time for a difficult situation that you know you’ll be in that is in terrain hostile to your eating plan. 😉Consider it practice for all those other similar times you will face in the future! LOL 🙋🏻

Thank you for the really good ideas! You made me realize that I have options at the boyfriend's house. I have raw nuts, fat bombs, etc. I will pack a bag in my car and have it for any situation that I find myself wanting to binge eat. First test is tomorrow when I go over there to watch the Pens game. I think I will get a fresh seedless cucumber and some low fat ranch dressing, some carrots, and some celery too. I can do this! You guys rock!
