From now on, all my "Diet Followed..." will be 100%! Off to a good start this morning! I figured out my menu for today last night. The key will be just eating MEALS and not snacking. Did 1/2 hour of housework and drank a full glass of water before breakfast because I wanted to wait until 8am to eat. Having High-Fiber Low-Carb Keto Muffin/Pancakes to get in 12.9g Fiber with less than 3 Net Carbs for breakfast. Will go and post that recipe (yet again) on the Daily Accountability 2019-#26 Challenge Forum now, because we have lots of Newbies this week. I'm Baaaack!

Drinking water before eating is such an awesome body hack! I’ve been kicking my pure zero rockstar dependency by drinking cold water. Yesterday I actually craved a glass of cool water. Shocked me. Go get ‘em Debbie!

I'm so proud of you getting back on track. The sugar and chemicals are so bad for you and cause depression. The artificial sweetener kills 1/2 of your good bacteria in your gut, so you can't even digest the good things you do eat. Your determination is exactly what was needed. Picking a day to start is the way to do it. Wow, I'm so excited for you. I am back in town now and also will start today after a week's absence. Although I have gained 3 or 4 pounds on maintenance, it's fine with me. I have been thinking of starting the water challenge, which is very hard for me. Now would be a good time, although I am groaning over the idea. You are inspiring me. Okay, if you can start today, I will too (start the water challenge). Here we go!
