Last night I went off the rails by late night snacking. As a result, I ate "Poorly" at 137% of goal. I far exceeded my protein goal and met all activity goals. BF up 0.3% and is out of range... Note to self: Stop eating past my protein goal...

I'm sitting here on FS looking at people's progress to prevent me from snacking tonight. I see people talking about cake and cookies derailing them. For me? Toasted bread. I can consume copious amounts of toasted DRY bread. It is equal to a whole meal. Must. Not. Go. Into. Kitchen. Alright friends, carry on. :)
